Just a reminder...
Any email communication you receive from Jim Lyon or any other Church of God Ministries staff member will come from an email address ending in @chog.org. Emails claiming to be from a staff member at Church of God Ministries whose address does not end with @chog.org should be considered a phishing attempt and disregarded.
In general, it is always best practice to use discernment and verify the sender of an email—especially if that email contains requests to download or open an attachment, click a link, or reply with confidential information. If something seems unusual to you, take steps to verify the sender through other means. A good rule of thumb is, "When in doubt....don't!"
Feel free to contact our office at 800.848.2464 if you ever have any questions. We're here to help.
